Hello Aubrey. Yes I cannot do high impact see I was bed rest during my high risk pregnancy and gained 80 pounds and after the pregnancy my baby was getting sick after my walks due to the toxins coming out through the milk so the doctor told me no working out or walking until I was done breastfeeding. So my body is on a very bad shape specially for cardio. So I have been feeling like I'm not doing anything but if I try high impact I feel like I'm passing out and I only last about 3 minutes and I have to q...... more

Were you doing low impact? If so how long it took you to start high impact? I'm really down and I don't think that I ever will do high impact or loose weight with low impact.. Please let me know .. thank you You look AMAZING... more
