I had the best time last night!! A few of us girls went to the Laugh
Factory and saw one of the most hilarious comics around, Mr. Dane Cook
himself. I havent laughed that hard in ages. Everytime i see his stand
up it just gets better and better. Laughter truly is the best medicine.
If you havent had the pleasure and you need to workout your
abs.......get into him. haha


I cant believe the Spice Girls are getting back together!!! How awesome
is that. I honestly didnt ever see it coming. Posh's hair is the
coolest thing ever and when we were at Live Earth we ran into Ginger
Spice but I didnt have a chance to speak with her..... By the way, Live
Earth was the dopest show to be a part of, if I havent said that
already. Al Gore has been the voice and the reasoning behind why change
needs to happen and I truly believe that we all need to wake up. If you
havent seen "An Inconvenient Truth"....see it. If you havent seen "The
Secret" see it. There are so many resources out there that allow you
the knowledge to know how to live a better life and how to save
generations to come. This world is filled with a lot of hate but I
choose to see the love and live in love. "Love actually is all around."
Mother Nature is not a battle that can be won and we as human beings
have lived only thinking of ourselves for so long that if we dont take
steps to change the Earth their will be no Earth to live. Ive been the
type of person to not listen or think, to believe that it is all way
out of my hands. But the answer is in each of us. If everyone takes the
initiative and does something.........it will set things into motion.
We get so caught up in our lives and our feelings that we loose track
of what life is about. Life is complex simplicity. You have to quiet
your mind of all the nonsense to understand that you have all the power
in the world. I believe that religion is love and everyone believes in
different ways of worship but ultimately the teachings are to love, to
have faith and believe. I didnt grow up with church in my life and
therefore I have always searched and continue to search for my own
answers. I believe that everyone should ask questions and have
curiosity and innocence in life. But there will be no life without a
place to live.

didnt really get the message untill I saw the video.....please check it
